Our Process

When you're an exercise newbie, the fitness gains come fast. But once you've broken in your running shoes or begin exercising regularly, you have to work harder to challenge your stronger, more efficient body. I will challenge you to be the best version of yourself.

Analyze Your Goal

Take a look at where you want to be. What are some specific, realistic goals you can set to improve your fitness level? Maybe you can jog or swim for 45 minutes rather than 30.

Work Hard On It

After analysing your goals, Start working hard on them. Failure must not be an option if you want to see the change you want.

Improve Your Performance

If you jog for 20 minutes, try to keep it going for 30. Strolling around the neighborhood for 45 minutes? Go a few blocks farther and make it 60.

Achieve Perfect Body

All the hardwork will not be in vain.

Programs

Fitness Programs

Starting a fitness program may be one of the best things you can do for your health. Physical activity can reduce your risk of chronic disease, improve your balance and coordination, help you lose weight — and even improve your sleep habits and self-esteem.

Testimony

Clients Say

If you can't take my word for it, here is what a few clients I have trained had to say.

“I have had amazing success with the fitness programs, and couldn’t recommend it more! Steve has helped me refine my approach to workouts, nutrition and overall motivation. The result has been some weight loss and a significant tightening of my whole body, to the point that I think it’s the best it has ever been (and I’m not stopping here).”

Amy

““I have always been skeptical about a professional trainer. I’m stubborn, busy and like to ‘do my own thing’. The bottom line is, I have never gotten 100% of the results I want on my own. I met Steve and first off fell in love with his warm & infectious personality.”

Louise

"I really enjoy training with Steve. He brings a tone of knowledge and professionalism to every workout and pushes me everyday to acheive the best possible results."

Ian

“The first time I stepped inside a gym I didn’t know what to expect or how anything worked but after a brief chat with Steve about what my goals were I decided that Personal Training would be the best option for me.”

Kelvin

“I had a chat with Steve about immediate changes to my diet and was advised to take a week before starting to train, there was no pressure to join, no contract, just helpful advice & an open invitation to start training when I was ready.”
